1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions define the terms of booking and use of the private transport services offered by Celia VTC. By booking a ride, the client fully accepts these conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or through WhatsApp.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
  • Payment can be made online by credit card through secure platforms, or in cash directly to the driver.
  • A deposit may be required for certain services.

3. Pricing and Invoicing

  • Trip prices are displayed on our website and may vary depending on distance, time, selected vehicle, and transport conditions.
  • Prices include taxes and service fees unless otherwise stated.
  • An invoice can be provided upon request.

4. Cancellation and Modification

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are free of charge.
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before pick-up) may incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Any booking modification is subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours before departure.

5. Transport Conditions

  • The client agrees to be present at the agreed time and place specified during booking.
  • Luggage is accepted as long as it complies with safety standards and the vehicle’s capacity.
  • The driver reserves the right to refuse service to a client who is heavily intoxicated or whose behavior may jeopardize trip safety.

6. Celia VTC’s Obligations

  • To provide reliable, safe, and comfortable transport services.
  • To ensure the vehicle is clean and in perfect working condition.
  • To respect the confidentiality of client information.

7. Liability

Celia VTC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic, weather conditions, technical incidents, unforeseen events).

In case of inability to provide the service due to exceptional reasons, Celia VTC commits to informing the client as soon as possible and offering an alternative solution.

8. Insurance and Safety

  • All our vehicles are insured for passenger transport.
  • Passengers are covered by our insurance in the event of an accident.
  • Children under 10 must be seated in an appropriate child seat, which can be provided upon request at the time of booking.

9. Complaints and Customer Service

Any complaint must be sent by email to [Email] within 7 days of the service. We are committed to responding as quickly as possible.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be prioritized. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Celia VTC’s registered office.
